Type: A premium quality acrylic water based coa ng, for interior use only.
Features & Benefits:
This product offers an excellent coverage, good penetra ng proper es,
provides a smooth layer for the subsequent finish coats. Its very low VOC and nontoxic in-can
and dry film preserva ves, ensures indoor air quality and outdoor environment friendly
condi ons. Free from harmful chemicals such as Lead, Formaldehyde, APEO and heavy metals.
Recommended use: Specially designed for indoor surfaces, recommended for residen al areas
and hotels etc.
Substrates:
Concrete, masonry blocks, cement plasters, gypsum boards etc.
Any substrate should be sufficiently consolidate and strong to receive the paint, severe defects,
large cracks, bug holes or deep undula on should be rec fied or filled prior to start coa ng. Tiny
defects or hairy cracks are be er to pre fixed with an appropriate primer sealer and wall filler. It
is always strictly recommended to seal the pu y coats before applying the top coat.

Spreading rate: 7 – 10 m²/l , this depends on surface porosity, degree of dilu on,
imperfec ons and wastage during applica on.
Thinner: Clean water
Dilu on: 20% maximum, with clean water.
Applica on condi ons: Temperature of paint and surface should be at least +10°C, and 3°C
above dew point of air. Good ven la on is required in confined areas for proper drying.
Drying me: Temperature, humidity, film thickness and air circula on significantly affect the
drying me of the paint. In case of mul-coat applica on, drying me will vary according to the
number and sequence of coats.The surface must be dry and free from any dirt or contaminants
prior to paint applica on.

Surface preparation: The substrate must be sound, clean, dry and free from dust, oil, grease,
laitance etc. All traces of form release agents/curing agents must be removed water jet and
detergent. A light sanding with suitable abrasive tool is recommended before applica on. Any
resul ng dust/loose par cles must be removed.

Health and Safety
Most water based paint are safe to handle , but as general rules:
– Avoid skin and eyes contact by wearing overall, and goggles.

– Pain ng should be carried out in well ven lated areas.
– Keep away of reach of children.
– Local safety regula ons to be followed.

Storage
– Store paint containers in proper condi ons, follow the local regulations.
– Keep paint containers away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
– Store the paint well sealed away from any source of heat or ignition.
– Always handle with care.
– Stir well before use.

24 months, in original sealed container, with proper storage condi ons.
